Commercial Team acts as a "frontline force", and a bridge between Coca-Cola and the market, to deliver refreshment to our customers, thereby accomplishing our goals of revenue growth to be driven to win by developing and implementing commercial strategies and programs, building and managing customer networks, and promoting actual sales in the market through omni-channel in sales & distribution.​

Commercial professionals have a diverse range of responsibilities:​

- Look for opportunities to expand Coca-Cola portfolio and win in the market and maximize profits by driving demand planning forecast accuracy​

- Drive route-to-market efficient models and develop capability and leverage technology tools to drive frontline productivity​

- Define picture of success per channel to maximize market share at the point of sales.​

- Maximize our competitive position in different channels through category management and execution, right investment level, collaborative relations with supply chain.
