Job Title:  Management System Controller & Auditor

Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • Maintain appropriate records of Company Policies & QA in the database system (called epaperless) for external verification, audits, internal users’ reference
  • Play as Master Trainer of system and contribute to the development of guidance, processes and documentation to support the continuity of required standards for recording information.

Key Responsibilities

E-paperless administrator

  • Play as SuperUser of epaperless system
  • Work with supplier, BSG to solve quickly for all issues relating to e-paperless  
  • Follow documentation protocols led by MSM
  • Follow-up all workflow complete in epaperless system
  • Provide Training to Users & curricula development to ensure users are familiar to system
  • Generate metrics, trends, action plans for epaperless effectiveness and share to key stakeholders
  • Maintain tracking of system effectiveness

Audit and Compliance 

  • Participate required audits for evaluation and implementation of standard operating procedures and systems needed to comply with regulatory requirements including cross plant audit, distributors audit, GMP and contribute to all External audit: government, certification body, GAO. Global team, GMP
  • Ensure quality licensing, labeling are checked to comply with local law
  • Follow up certificates: Food safety conditions, ISO 9001:2008; FSSC 22000

Reporting & best practice learning:

  • Weekly QA report: customer/ consumer complaint, quality weekly highlight, CAP completion, GMP score,...Clearly training schedule in consultation with external training provider/s and local management 
  • Monthly Swire/SC/Best fresh, full test review or as required
  • Update status of Management review status, GAO status, and CAPs
  • Seek for QA best practice, communicate and share  to apply to all plants

Requirements

  • BSc Technical (or equivalent*) (Food technology, Quality, Manufacturing,...)
  • 3+ years experience in Quality management system, food safety in multinational FMCG companies
  • QMS/ FSSC auditor will be preferred
  • Experience at position of Supply chain: QA/QC, Manufacturing
  • Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSSC 22000, OHS,…
  • Experience of working with vendors, customer and consumer
  • Training skill
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders.
