JOB DESCRIPTION
The Culture Intern will support the Engagement and Communications within the People department to promote the culture of DE&I within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects.

1. Key Responsibility:

- Content Creation and Communication
•    Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, announcements, presentations, posters, etc. following and ensuring consistency brand guidelines and business communication standards.
•    Collaborate with team members to maintain and update internal communication channels, including the company intranet and other platforms (if any).
•    Conduct research on best practices in internal communications and employee engagement, providing recommendations for improvement.
•    Collaborate on creating multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics, presentations) for internal communications & DE&I projects.

- Organizational Engagement Support
•    Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, meetings, and workshops.
•    Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as events, surveys, and recognition programs.
•    Provide administrative support to the Communications and Engagement team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Skills Requirements:
•    Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
•    Letter of Recommendation for internship is a must
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and effectively. Proficient in written and spoken English.
•    Familiar with creative content production, including photo and video editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, is a plus. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
•    Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently, excellent time management skills, work comfortably with a variety of stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•    Available for full-time (Mon-Fri, in-office in Thu Duc City) internship & Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (1 - 2 days off per week for school is acceptable)
•    Applicants must include a link to Personal Portfolio (design projects, creative products, content samples, past experiences, etc.) in the CV to better showcase the essential skills.
•    Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a design assessment as part of the recruitment process
