Job Summary

To drive growth in sales and expand product distribution across all outlets within the assigned territory/ channel by ensuring proper, consistent, and high-quality in‑store execution of company standards, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Order Generation

  • Achieve Sales targets
  • Mornitor volume growth

2. Account Development

  • Manage implementation of Marketing and RTM plans toward Company KPI in the assigned territory or Channel
  • Manager distribution/outlets/ KA
  • dentify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

3. Asset (Cooler) Management

  • Manage the deployment, usage, and maintenance of coolers at outlets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and monitor effective usage to optimize product display
  • Prevent misuse and maintain brand image

4. Instore Execution

  • Implement trade marketing/ promotional/monthlly focus activities at the point of sale.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards.

5. Customer Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and diplomatically.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
  • Route Management: Keep update customer information within assigned teritorry/ Channel. 

Requirements

  • Vocational school, College, University/Bachelor's Degree
  • At Least 02 years of previous work experience are required in Retail sales, merchandising, distribution, or channel sales (FMCG).
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, closely follow up with customers.
  • Customer objection-handling
  • Analyze, synthesize, and balance P&L of orders (create mixed sales orders to minimize the impact of devalued products that could lead to lost opportunities for other products).
  • Inventory synthesis skills, proactively creating orders for customers (active order closing).
  • Time allocation management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Control stock levels at Distributors & outlets, minimize out-of-stock or overstock situations.
