Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • SFA deploy & implementation
  • Support Sales team in handling SFA system
  • Reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SFA system in assigned territories                  
  • Coordinate with region RTM team to ensure the master data to be update with latest version before upload to system                
  • Manage Distributor set up including the purchase and installation of appropriate Internet line, PC hardware and Printer                
  • Assign & Upload  pricing & promotion as per designed SOP
  • Day–to–day support to region user to ensure operation are going through
  • Provide the training to all related user to ensure the candidates are capable to use system as per required                
  • Daily, weekly, monthly operation reporting 
     

Requirements

  • Good communication, coaching & training skill, problem solving, execution skill, result driven approach
  • University/Bachelor’s degree (IT knowledge)
