Job Title:  Commercial (RED) Intern

JOB SUMMARY:

The role supports the implementation of RED assessment project that will be hold from Aug to Dec‘25. You will contribute to driving perfectly from planning to review/assessment with working across function for implementation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare docs with relevant department (60%)

Coordinate and assist ROM the services delivery of data/documentation pre assessments day by working with relevant stakeholders for this task

2. Organize assessment in 3 days both inside and outside activities (30%)

  • Work out with stakeholders to design communication and creative materials/ assets for roll-out of activities
  • Contribute and develop engaging marketing ideas to revaluation
  • Contribute to the rollout of 3days assessment campaigns, ensuring a dynamic, accessible, and productivities in results
  • Coordinate logistics and assist the services delivery before and after 3 days assessement
  • Follow through and keep track of relevant implemented in terms of agenda, logistics, location …. Monitor and support in evaluating a wide range of activities to foster continuous improvement and measure the effectiveness and impact before RED assessment days
  • Provide timely support to department across their contribution in period

3. Other duties (including any ad hoc projects/ tasks) as assigned (10%)

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

  • Third-year or Final year students or Fresh Graduates from University nationwide. Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, and other related majors
  • English skills (in 4 skills)
  • Demonstration of the passion/ experience in Data and Assessement
  • Experience in designing communication using basic design tools is a plus.
  • Skills: Design, digital learning & technology enablement, data literacy, engagement and communication, creativity and innovation, collaboration and proactiveness, customer service mindset and delivery
