As a National Account Manager, you will develop and execute sales plans, customer marketing plans and in-store execution standards to drive sales volume, brand visibility, execution excellence, and profitable growth.
You will be responsible for managing National and Regional Key Accounts (NKA / RKA) of Off-Premise channel, ensuring efficient commercial operations and strong customer partnerships that support both sustainable business growth and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
1.National Key Account Strategy & Negotiation (20%)
• Develop sales and customer marketing strategies for assigned National Key Accounts.
• Ensure all commercial strategies and initiatives are aligned with company guidelines, policies, and business priorities.
2. Commercial Development (30%)
• Develop promotional plans and monitor execution to achieve agreed business objectives.
• Partner closely with Logistics and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in full.
• Work closely with Regional Key Account teams to ensure commercial plans and activities are executed consistently across all regions.
• Develop sales forecasts for assigned customers and support demand planning activities.
3. Customer Management (30%)
• Prepare business performance reports and commercial analyses to support regular business reviews with customers and provide market insights for decision-making.
• Build and maintain collaborative, long-term partnerships with National and Regional Key Account customers.
• Ensure all customer programs are implemented in accordance with agreed commercial terms while maintaining business profitability.
4. Business Planning & Budget Management (20%)
• Manage commercial investments and operating expenses effectively.
• Identify opportunities to optimize budgets, improve profitability, and maximize business value.
Requirements
We're looking for mid-career talents who have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Commercial Key Accounts leadership, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking to identify business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective business solutions.
- Innovative mindset with a continuous focus on creating value for customers and the business.
