Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible and accountable for the effective management of all the QSE Governance & Assurance activities in the SC operations. Provide strategic leadership, define and develop local policy, objectives, goals and initiatives to ensure both full compliance and continuous improvement across the country ensuring alignment with Swire strategies.
  • Responsible to ensure product and process integrity and trademark protection in conformance to company standard, legal food safety standard. Environmental standards, safety culture, requirement and specification and the coordination of the plant wide implementation of QSE Management System and certification. 
  • Define development plans for QSE personnel to ensure a pipeline of capable leadership to deliver the strategic imperatives and performance expectation across the function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure that QSE conforms to The Coca-Cola and local country standards, specifications and regulations. Primarily ensuring operations comply to all food laws, sanitary regulation, health requirements, GMP, HACCP, ISO, OHSAS and Environmental waste management. Drive journey towards assurance model from control model
  • Support the implementation of the plant certification and conformance to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) consisting of KORE, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PAS220, ISO22000 and that all operations are in a state of readiness to pass any external audits and internal GAO audits. Ensuring Incident Management Control & Reporting
  • Partner with external stakeholders to ensure keeping current with latest developments of the various laws and regulations, working within the QSE community defining new and improved standards of operation, identifying and utilizing latest technology.
  • Create a Pipeline of QSE Talent within the organization that can effectively manage the total compliance requirements as well as drive both a compliance a continuous improvement culture, while driving correct behaviors.

Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality
  • New product capabilities through process and equipment innovation with suppliers and GTEC. 
  • Drive productivity through continuous improvement in various aspects of QSE to design most optimal process, quality inspection, safety equipment built into plant, line designs, warehouse and logistics. 
  • Development of software and programs to effectively manage data analysis and share best practice. 
  • Productivity and Efficiency influenced by Lean QSE teams driving automation on labs, utilities and lines, digital process enablement, generic designs, best practice sharing.
