Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of OBPPC strategy across channels, include the development of PTC where applied to ensure Value Chain effectiveness. The development of OBPPC strategy will involve working collaboratively and driving alignment across all functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain). 
The role is responsible for working with W@POS, Sales head across channels to identify potential evolution of our portfolio and sources of growth for country operations, as well as identifying drivers of performance on our current execution in the market. 
This role also is responsible for tracking OBPPC performance through in market performance review (both internal & external), and ensure timely publishing for stakeholders’ visibility and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining and developing complete OBPPC plans for short, medium, and long-term that ensures value capturing from shopper purchases, driving incremental consumer base, revenues, and growing value share. Define comprehensive Rules of Engagement across NARTD for both SSDs & Stills to enhance our competitiveness and affordability in the market. 
    Stewardship of OBPPC performance at granular level and assess / propose any required amendment.
  • Monitor effectiveness of on-going OBPPC strategies relative to the desired business results and propose amendments to the ongoing plans/strategies
  • Assesses environmental – consumer – shopper - retailer data, trends, and insights to map revenue growth opportunities within the Channel/Regions.
  • Understand and input PTC in OBPPC development to ensure Value Chain effectiveness
  • Develops RGM routines to share performance and opportunities.  Supports Business Specific projects lead by Commercial & Marketing Teams in the enhancement / definition of OBPPC for the Channel.
  • Leading Pack Price Analysis/reports to facilitate management decisions/discussion.

Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-8 years commercial experience and strong commercial acumen backed by a comfort in dealing with analysis and numbers.
  • Experience in working in a matrixed global environment.
  • Track record of substantial impact on growing market share, profit, and volume. The ability to judge what will work and what will not from a volume and profitability perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills which will allow the generation of strong recommendations in RGM proposals and strategies.
  • Awareness of production and supply chain to understand implications for new products, costs etc.
  • Strong ability to form effective working partnerships and collaboration with functions, across functions and with external organizations to deliver results.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • IT literate with effective skills in Excel, Nielsen advisor (data running tool) and PowerPoint.
