Job Summary
To manage the inventory of all raw materials and concentrates to ensure uninterrupted production and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations for sales. This role also involves conducting IP studies and proposing optimized investment plans for the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate short- and medium-term material requirement plans and follow up with procurement and suppliers to ensure availability for production.
- Identify and make decisions on short- and medium-term supply issues.
- Collaborate with regional planners on stock management before launches to ensure no business work order (WO) disruptions.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and concentrates within target levels.
- Generate long-term plans, taking into account the capacity constraints of each plant and transfer plans.
- Review infrastructure planning and propose investment plans for the 1–10 year(s).
Requirements
- University degree/Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or beverage supply chain planning
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure
- Manage inventory at an optimized level
- Handle all WO related to changes in formulation and packaging
- Propose appropriate actions in case of supply interruptions from suppliers (e.g., quality issues, delays, etc.)
