Key Responsibilities
Account Development
• Acquire new local KA (HORECA channel)
• Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execute in outlet activities
• Manage distribution & availability
• Update information of customers
Order generation
• Achieved Sales target
• Monitor volume growth
• Resolve customer complaints
Instore execution & Asset Management
• Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
• Manage & align on contract & activation plan
• Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan
People development
• Recruit & select sales staff
• Train & coach staff
• Maintain staff discipline
Requirements
• Intermediate Certificate / Associate Degree (Min requirement)
• University/Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG
• Planning & problem solving skill
• Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Interpersonal skill
• Result-oriented
• Financial understanding
• Basic understand on shopper marketing
