Job Summary

• This role focuses on leveraging external expertise and platforms to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability including managing outsourced technology solutions.
• Playing a role in project creation and helping prepare budgets for outsourced works

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Innovation
• Implement outsourcing strategies for assigned areas in Production & Engineering.
• Identify and onboard external partners for smart monitoring, optimization, and any conversion technologies and outsourced platforms

Vendor & Partnership Management
• Source and manage third-party providers for smart metering, analytics, and processing technologies.
• Negotiate contracts, define SLAs, and ensure vendor performance aligns with sustainability and operational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with technology providers, research institutions, and engineering experts.

Work Oversight
• Lead outsourced work details
• Ensure integration with internal systems and compliance with environmental regulations.

Compliance & Sustainability
• Ensure outsourced technologies meet local and Coca Cola environmental standards (e.g., ISO 14001, …).
• Monitor vendor compliance and conduct audits on efficiency and utilization.

Financial & Impact Management
• Manage budgets for outsourced works
• Track ROI and sustainability KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or at least 5 years Equivalent Experiences in Beverage Engineering System/Technologies
• At least 3 years of experiences in Technology outsourcing or vendor management, Beverage Manufacturing
• Proven record of building new/ or modify beverage production line or deep  understanding on beverage outsourcing technologies is a plus.
• Experience Supply Chain roles such as Manufacturing, Packaging in the beverage/food.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external technology partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
