Job Description: 

Job Summary

• Identify the needs/requirements for business change and Lead conception, scope definition, delivery of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives for Supply Chain and enabling functions HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement. 
• Operational excellence in maintaining and enabling business value to drive stakeholder satisfaction through effective operational stability of the systems. 
• Manage vendor and partner compliance though regular governance, service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key technology projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience
• Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques to influence Supply Chain and enabling functions to implement business process changes and business transformation initiatives successfully.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Business Transformation strategy and Planning for Supply Chain & Enabling functions 
• Co-Operate with function partners to design Function Digital Strategy and align with Company digital strategy roadmap 
• Ensure Digital Transformation Plan in place for each function that aligns with Function Digital Strategy 
• Define roadmap, milestone and align with Function Digital plan deployment priorities
• Mobilize resource to support the implementation plan

2. Deploy and operate digital solutions, Program governance and stakeholder management
• Communicate IT strategy, project pipelines, operational metrics to business functions periodically.
• Manage and drive stakeholder engagement of transformation projects and Change requests.
• Manage team with 3 direct reports to partner with business to solve issues and requests proactively    
• Collaborate with group office IT team and ensure alignment and strategic roadmap for central solutions.
• Communicate across key stakeholders and monitor execution progress to ensure delivery against business transformation objectives    

3. Operate and maintain systems through effective delivery management make sure transformation agenda executed to create the value.
• Operational excellence though periodic SLA management, problem management and guidance on technical aspects.
• Manage regional and local compliance requirements in line with Swire policies and procedures.
• Manage all aspects of vendor delivery and performance on operational KPIs through weekly/monthly cadences. 
• Create and develop digital knowledge forum and champions in the functions to drive digital maturity and capability development.
Update management reporting on project and operational status on prescribed cadences in a professional manner.

4. Business Process Improvement
• Handle audit documentation and SAP GRC access and security process as per security standards
• Perform root cause analysis, identify and define areas for improvement of business processes across all functions
• Grasp the business needs and issues, continuously evaluate the current process to identify the gap
• Propose and drive solution to minimize complexities, optimize and improve business needed for creating value 
• Test & Learn the new Digital Business Transformation Initiatives or Global/Region Best Practices
• Evaluate and Scale up fast to mass scale deployment for creating value to business transformation
• Participate and drive for forums for collaborations across Indochina and Functions to leverage best practices sharing

5. Change Management
• Identify key stakeholders across function and form up change management plan
• Define business case for change and act as a change agent to influence Function Leadership to implement change agenda
• Collaborate, partner, and communicate change plan implementation to all related functions/teams

6. System Integration Management
• Oversee and monitor services used in application integrations
• Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
• Work with vendors teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
• Support vendors on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
• Provide assistant to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors

Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree, MBA highly desired
  • 7 year + experience in working related areas.
  • Experienced in leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to lead others through influencing.
  • Ability to work well with individuals and groups at all levels of organization and different pieces of a complex business chain.
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills.
  • Organization, independent, strong team player/leader, discipline and multiple task management.
  • Proven leadership, team building, communication, presentation, interpersonal, collaborating and partnering, entrepreneurial skills, and coaching skills.
  • Mentoring and facilitating culture change.
