Job Description:
Job Summary
- Ensure optimal availability and performance by planning the maintenance schedules annually
- Assist Team Leader – Engineering to identify the root cause for improvement the efficiencies of equipment and focus on preventative maintenance to reduce break-downs.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop Maintenance Plan
- Develop the daily, weekly, quaterly and annually maintenance plan. The maintanance plan is including preventive maintenance, corrective maintance, condition based maintenance.
- Ensure the maintenacen plan is aligned with production plan
- Attend the planning meeting
2. Analyse Maintenance Activities
- Develop, documented and implement the engineering practice standard
- Carry out the root cause analysis with Team Leader - Engineering for all breakdowns
- Check and sign off on job cards when finishing the job
- Analyse and report KPI maintenance by weekly, monthly
- Identify the inappropriate maintenance activities and take the correction action
- Review the maintenance schedules periodically
- Ensure no quality issues which were happened from lack of caring about maintenance
3. Allocate Works
- Job cards are issued for specific time to conduct the maintenance activities as per schedule
- All completion work is captured on a job card (planned & breakdown)
4. Tools, Spare parts, Material Arrangement
- Prepare the tools, parts and raw materials as required ahead of time
- All required spares, tools and materials are available for maintenance staff to carry out work on job cards
- Spare parts required for planned maintenance ordered ahead of time based on lead time & manage Repair & Maintenance budget within the approved budget
- Ready to support for another sites as requirements (manpower, spare parts, tools ...)
5. Record and Report Engineering Performance
- All maintenance KPIs are reviewed and recommended for adjustment when necessary
- All engineering reports is on time as required (KPIs, PM, CM, Saving projects etc.)
- Attend training that needed for engineering activities
- Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- At least 03 - 05 working years of experience in
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering in FMCG industry
- Fluently in speaking and writing English skill
Microsoft Office skill (in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Auto cad) - Strong communication and influencing skill
- Good Leadership skill
- Ability to build trust and relationship with stakeholders, customers and partners
- Ability to seek and consider all possible and relevant information for problem solving and decision making with due regard to long and short-term implications
- Discipline in execution to achieve goals and objectives
- Clear understanding of technical or professional aspect of work
- Organization and Planning skill to manage and assign the related work to subordinate
- Excellent knowledge about SAP PM
