Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervising RED tracking team to build and enhance the execution standard and culture
2. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of RED Auditors team, ensuring audit route plan is completed.
3. Plan and execute the survey route for RED trackers, considering the availability of present headcount and operation schedule, based on RED sampling principles and guidelines
4. Coaching the RED trackers and ensuring the RED tracking can achieve both qualitative and quantitative requirements.
5. Provide regular RED training to RED trackers at least once a year
6. Responsible in conducting field audit to ensure audit quality is in conformance to the standards i.e. via random check the results of RED tracking, to supervise the RED trackers if any errors found; To implement the
Improvement plan to RED trackers if needed.
7. Lead Weekly RED tracker meeting
8. Update the product and customer list in the iRED system on monthly basis (in support by the IT team)
9. Supports the RED Operations manager in preparing the RED performance report that will be used for presentation to Sales and Commercial team to address areas of improvement and market opportunities.
10. Attends and participates to the regular RED meetings to align on changes and developments on RED audit plan
11. Ensures all audit documentation, reports, and records, are accurately maintained, and organized in supported by IT /Digital/System tools, this includes audit schedules/plan, information gathered in market, market findings, and other activities
Requirements
- University degree or above;
- At least 2 years working experience in sales operations or merchandising, preferably in CPG company, relevant working experience in store operations management will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral English and Local Language.
- Analytical and strong interpersonal skills; Strong negotiation & communication skills. Leading and managing changes. Collaborating with others; customer focus.
- Basic Computer Knowledge e.g. MS application MS Excel, MS Word, MS ppt, strong business development sense to explore sales opportunity, Continuous improvement competency. People management.
- Requires field work 80% of the time to support the Auditors to perform the duty and responsibilities as prescribed.
