Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring effective sales execution planning and monitoring to create differentiation and value for the market.
- Work cross-functionally to design, deploy, and track incentive schemes that motivate the salesforce and align with business strategies.
- Drive data-based analysis to understand real sales issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead sales/non-sales engagement initiatives to connect the back office with frontline sales, boosting execution and motivation across teams.
- Leverage digital and AI tools to streamline reporting workflows and elevate execution quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SFE KPIs (GREEN/RED/GOLD), performance analysis, and propose action plans for regional/channel teams.
- Build, deploy, and track incentive schemes (monthly & special) for salesforce and supporting functions; ensure clear communication and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end reporting processes: incentive accrual, turnover, KPI dashboards, and result analysis with actionable insights.
- Organize and execute sales/non-sales engagement programs with creativity and innovation; present clearly and confidently to senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, RTM) to co-develop solutions, drive alignment, and apply AI/automation tools to simplify recurring tasks.
Requirements
- University / Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years (FMCG experience preferred)in Commercial / Sales / Sales Operations / SFE
- Power BI / SQL basics are a plus.
