Job Summary

To build up a robust SC management system and ensure compliance based on fulfillment in implementing all requirements of ISO, KORE/ATR, Government, Customers; lead team to conduct multi audit prototypes at plants and conduct the management reviews, communication, sharing to continuously improve the system.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Build up a robust SC Management system

  • Create, standardize, review and update SC documents system at National level
  • Integration Management system at all plants to national level, closely colaboration with vendor/IT Team to ensure ePaperless system fully in use and continuous improvement.
  • Leading in strategic planning of QSE system management, align with SC’s orientation.
  • Be in charge of system capability development for plant teams and other departments via workshop, training sessions (internal, external)
  • Review Product Self-declaration, additional product labeling letter to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and issue notification letter to customer whenever having new product label/new product.
  • Provide supporting documents for Commercial/Sales team or other departments as required
  • Standardize full test specification/ plan and make sure full test result complying with local law
  • Follow up certificates: Food safety conditions, ISO,….
  • Update new KORE/ATR (if any) and communicate to Plants, QSE regions and take action properly
  • Ensure the compliance of documentation with lean structure and easy to access based on ensuring accessor authority.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment, trend analysis of operations to ensure all critical and important QSE documents/activities are always controlled and up to date and complied such as: QSE Policy, MMI, Quality declaration/ license/ labeling, KORE requirement, QMS documents, current SC legal/ regulatory, ...

2.    Strengthen system through Audit activities and management review

  • Develop and maintain a companywide audit process and schedule.
  • Lead and execute and standardize all audits at plants: SWAT, cross plants, internal audit, GMP,...
  • Plan and participate to management review of all plants, highlight quality and food safety concerns and action needed to be taken.
  • Participate/Coordinate with Legal department to make statutory compliance assessment plan as required.
  • Participate in Qualified new supplier process/audit activities with OU as required.
  • Participate in Transporter audit yearly.
  • Audit distributors every quarterly or as required.
  • Market visit yearly as required
  • Build up program and facilitate the development and measure competency of internal audit team
  • Facilitate for all External audit: Government, Certification body, GAO. Global team, GMP,...
  • Ensure all CAP completed and findings/ issues prevented for reoccurance via evaluation, reports and proper communication

3.    Comminication, Reporting, Best practice learning and sharing

  • Enhance Food Safety & QSE culture and system knowledge, QSE capability via a comunication scheme and maximize all public communication allowed by company
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quaterly, Yearly QSE report
  • Communication to SWIRE/ SC/ Best practice/ Best fresh or as required
  • Monthly full test review
  • Implement best practice learning and sharing system and ensure replication for all plants

4.    Management team and participant Quality projects

  • Be a leader of management system controller team, ensure system activities among country
  • Join improvement projects related to QSE, esp. QSE excellence journey and TPM when get assigned
  • Provide supports to regions team if required: participate to solve Quality issue, conduct training

Requirements

  • >5-year experience in Quality management system, food safety, R&D field in multinational FMCG companies at the same level
  • QMS/ FSSC Lead auditor
  • Background in Lean Thinking
  • Experience at position of Supply chain: QSE, Manufacturing
  • Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001….
  • Experience of working with vendors, customer and consumer
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality excellence
  • Multiple Project management
  • Result-oriented & Customer Focus
  • Effectively communication, interpersonal, facilitation & Influencing skill 
  • RCA and problem solving 
  • Systemic Thinking
  • Being patient and working under pressure
  • Passion, energy and aspiration in Supply chain with the company brands and people values
  • Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office is preferable
