Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse/ logistics operations to achieve the results as expectation, high productivity, storage management and distribution of safety products 
  • Keep track the production planning by daily, weekly to prepare the material to deliver to manufacturing dept. on time in full as well as preparing the warehouse resource to receive and storage Finished Goods/ Material/ POSM per standard process. 
  • Monitor and manage ĐO (Day of Dispatch), Best Before Date, FEFO (First Expired First Out) for all inventory per process 
  • Accruate inventory management 

Requirements

  • Related bachelor degree (Business Management, Logistics, Commercial, etc.) preferably in FMCG industry 
  • At least 02 years of experience in Distribution, Warehouse and Transportation management. 
  • A highly motivated individual with the ability to work without direct supervision, analyze and problem solve in a high-volume work environment 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent in using of MS Word, MS Excel 
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP preferably in FMCG industry 
  • Teamwork and working in shift
  • Strong communication skills, ability to make quick decisions
