Job Summary

The Senior Channel Marketing Executive is responsible for leading key channel initiatives and supporting the Channel Marketing Manager in implementing best-in-class marketing execution across Coca-Cola Vietnam’s sales channels (Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and On-Premise). This role ensures that trade activations, POSM deployment, campaign localization, and execution tracking are conducted with excellence and in alignment with national strategy. The position also acts as a coach and coordinator for junior members on the channel team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution
  • Lead the implementation of channel-specific campaign activations, ensuring timely and consistent rollout across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Execution teams to drive campaign visibility and compliance with Perfect Store (PICOS) standards.
  • POSM and Trade Tools Deployment
  • Plan and supervise the design, production, and deployment of POS materials, including inventory management and distribution to regions.
  • Provide input on POSM improvements based on outlet feedback and channel dynamics.
  • Trade Promotion & Shopper Engagement
  • Co-design and execute trade programs and shopper engagement plans in partnership with regional trade marketing.
  • Track shopper and outlet response to promotions, and provide feedback for future improvements.
  • Channel Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor key channel KPIs including RED/PICOS scores, campaign ROI, and budget utilization.
  • Consolidate execution and performance data into actionable insights for planning reviews.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work with Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial Excellence on new product launch execution, demand forecast inputs, and budget compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with external vendors and creative agencies for activation elements.
  • Team Support & Guidance
  • Provide operational guidance and peer mentoring to junior executives or interns.
  • Serve as first line of support for cross-functional questions on campaign execution and tools

Requirements

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years of previous work experience are required
  • Strong analytical, communication, innovation, problem solving and decision making
  • Good in Project Management
  • Ability work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to influence/ motivate and collaboration
  • Creative and innovative
  • Good English both writing and speaking
