Job Summary

Currently there are many identified Sales opportunities and challenges in region that are not addressed properly as the Sales capabilities are low in sales 
This role will lead the development of Sales capabilities across region to meet current and future business and market needs based on world class bottling and FMCG processes.
This role will also codevelop, implement, and manage for region across all businesses to accelerate the development of sales team, drive desired operating culture and grow a pipeline of talent for today and tomorrow. 
To deliver excellent customer services, maximize store's productivity, & manage volume growth. Lead the sales teams to maximize sales volume and other SFE KPI in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

oordinate Sales Capabilities Efforts

  • Collaborate in the definition of Sales competencies for Region in alignment with CCM/ Swire Team
  • Establish monitoring processes over capability building in alignment with Swire Team
  • Identify best Sales practices and coordinate the creation of Sales training modules required by region if have , using methods (e-learning, gamification, business cases, etc) and materials (playbooks, templates, etc) in alignment with Swire Team
  • Update capability building strategy to meet new requirements in alignment with Swire Team    

Lead to train & coach sales team at the region:

  • Organize training for all new Sales Staff/Organize refresh training for Sales Staff
  • Consolidate & prepare training kit, material for all training activities
  • Support ASM, TSM on filed feedback & coaching for Sales staff
  • On the job coaching for SS in order to improve sales performance
  • Identify & feedback to Sales Management on market issue & opportunities with suggested solution
  • Deploy training materials to the region teams 

Coordinate and join efforts with Local HR (Human Resources)

  • Identify & feedback to Sales Management & HR on potential Sales Staff
  • Launch specific programs to bridge the competencies and skills gaps in coordination with Local HR teams
  • Create and nurture the sales community to foster innovation, best practice sharing, learnings and create a sense of functional belonging  
  • Identify & coach high performers for a fast track career progression / succession planning from frontliners to commercial directors 

Requirements

  • University Advance degree (Industrial engineering, psychology, hr. related)
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Focus on development of the Sales Capability team (SR, TSM, ASM)angers) i.e. to equip them with necessary skills to drive the capability building agenda for the Sales & commercial organization.at the region
  • Identify & coach high performers for a fast track career progression / succession planning from frontliners to Commercial Capability Manager
