Job Summary
Build sales plan, MKT plan, excecution guideline, PicOS …to achieve the volume, execution, P&L. The role ensures operational efficiency and client management model of National and Regional Key Accounts (NKA / RKA), which will ultimately support the company’s profitability, visibility, SOVI…. and provide value for our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. National Key Accounts Strategy and Negotiation
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for NKA
- Ensure that proposed/implemented strategies are aligned to the company’s guidelines, procedures and policies
2. Commercial Development
- Establish promotion plans and monitor the implementation
- Collaborate with Logistics and other functions to provide the best customer service to Key Accounts and ensure all customer deliveries are achieved, on time and in full and avoid penalties from customers
- Follow up with Regional KA to ensure all plans are implemented correctly
- Build forecast for Region and SC
3. Customer Management
- Provide data and analytic for regular business reviews with the customers to review performance, update market operation data for decision making
- Sustain collaborative partnerships with KA customers
- Ensure that programs implemented are within the authorized parameters set in the TTA and remain profitable
4. Business Plan and Budgets Management
- Estimate expenses and seek opportunities to maximize budget and deliver savings from expenses and provide higher profit
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in commercial with solid experience in managing Key Accounts, preferably in FMCG.
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and building relationships skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
