Job Summary

• Managing and expanding Business Intelligent service (Margin Minder) to business
• Data quality check Scope, define and perform data extraction and analysis
• Digitize business process with innovation projects
• Testing the system before delivery to business

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage IT to create business linkages through the integration processes and sharing of knowledge, information and data.
• Performs analysis with end users and business process owners to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvement.
• Troubleshoot incidents and providing recovery, fixes where possible and escalate more complex incidents where necessary
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Work closely with project team to provide end-users training. Training scope includes updated process, Standard Operating - - Procedures and Application systems
• Track and manage outstanding issues and risks. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues or mitigate risks. Escalate issues and risks for management decision if necessary.
• Work closely with end-users and Application team members to continuously improve overall applications’ data quality.
• Other works as assigned.

Requirements

• University/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales Management is preferable
• Strong in leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and analytic skills
• Troubleshooting and decision making
• Project management skill is a plus
• Ability to work indecently under high pressure
