Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule the supply of raw materials to meet production requirements in both regular & adhoc situation and minimum safety stock levels
2. Day to day place order, follow up delivery, solve issue especially from importation process to ensure OTIF material for production
3. Control materials to ensure smooth transition between old & new formulation changing or new product launching with minimal write-off cost
4. Control materials shelf-life
5. Balancing BB & other raw materials among all plants to ensure minimal write-off cost
6. Control demurrage charge at minimal level as well as control inventory to fit with limited warehouse space & high demand during peak season
7. Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule & take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
8. Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and validate inventory accuracy & control inventory levels against agreed target levels
9. Prepare info for S&OP meeting and analysis and update others as requested
10. Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of the procurement team
11. Solve issues related operations and escalate when needed
12. Other works as assigned
Requirements
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ Years of experience in SC with business size of USD 400 + Million revenue
- SC management in big FMCG organization
- Good at the knowledge on SAP system
- Business Acumen
- Good in Excel advance
- Good communication skills with the ability to connect people
- Excellent in analytic & problem-solving and decision skills
- Fluently in speaking and writing English skill
- Customer service oriented
- Bachelor's degree in business management, SC management , or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in supply chain management.
- Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skill is a plus.
