Job Summary
- Manage key accounts to deliver customer services & build good relationship with customer to explore new opportunities.
- Acquire new key accounts in asigned areas
Key Responsibilities
Account Development
- Aquire new local KA (Off channel- Supermarket, CVS)
- Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execuse in outlet activities
- Manage distribution & availability
- Update information of customers
Order generation
- Achieved Sales target
- Monitor volume growth
- Resolve customer complaints
- Instore execution & Asset Management
- Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
- Manange & align on contract & activation plan
- Manage & align company's assets complinace in the outlet execution plan
People development
- Recruite & select sales staff
- Train & coach staff
- Maintain staff discipline
Requirements
- Intermediate Certificate / Associate Degree (Min requirement)
- University/Bachelor’s degree (Preffered)
- At least 3 years experience in FMCG
- Planning & problem solving skill
- Basic computer skill: word, excel, PP
- Interpersonal skill
- Result- oriented
- Financial understanding
- Basic understand on shopper marketing
