JOB SUMMARY:

The role supports the implementation of learning & talent development solutions that align with CCBV’s Talent & Development priorities. You will contribute to driving well-rounded talent-related experiences while leveraging the power of digital technologies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement Learning & Talent Development activities (40%)

- Coordinate logistics and assist the services delivery of talent & learning interventions, striving for agile implementation and making sure service quality (based on actual requirements & priorities of programs rolling).

- Follow through and keep track of relevant implemented talent & learning programs, at the same time, monitor and support in evaluating a wide range of learning and development activities to foster continuous improvement and measure the effectiveness and impact on organization.

- Provide timely support to learners across their development journey

2. Accelerate Learning & Talent Development communication and engagement (30%)

- Design communication and creative materials/ assets for roll-out of initiatives

- Contribute and develop engaging marketing ideas to promote participation in talent & learning activities

- Contribute to the rollout of learning campaigns, ensuring a dynamic, accessible, and inspiring learning engagement experience, promoting learning and development environment

3. Support digital learning platforms and learning analytics (30%)

- Assist in managing Learning Management System and other digital learning platforms, and expand the platform utilization

- Prepare reports and support in reviewing and analyzing learning data to propose actionable insights for continuous improvement

- Support learning digitalization projects, researching tools and proposing new solutions that enhance learner engagement and effectiveness

4. Other duties (including any ad hoc projects/ tasks) as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATION:

- Advanced English skills (in 4 skills)

- Third-year or Final year students or Fresh Graduates from University nationwide. Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, and other related majors

- Demonstration of the passion/ perience in Learning and Development

- Familiarity with Learning Management System, E-learning tools, and digital learning trends is a strong advantage.

- Experience in designing communication using basic design tools is a plus.

- Skills: Design, digital learning & technology enablement, data literacy, engagement and communication, creativity and innovation, collaboration and proactiveness, customer service mindset and delivery
