Job Summary
Responsible for attaining volume targets in identified and assigned key channels through excellent execution of channel development programs (promotions, exclusivity, etc)
Key Responsibilities
- Define the business growth drivers to find the business opportunities and J2BD for the growth drivers
- Lead the Trade Marketing Plan to capture the growth drivers – drive volume shipment and volume offtake at outlets.
- Work closely with National Key/Local Account & Sales Team and provide the best proposal, ideas and good plan for customer to drive both the offtake and shipment
- Drive the business objective by leveraging strong Trade concept ideas and effective cost
- Deploy smartly the execution instore and right time, right place.
- Strong control for daily operation, manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service
- Coordinate with regional team in North/South/Central on executing channel picture of success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Having 3-4 years’ experience in the Trade Marketing and Brand activation areas of the Beverage or FMCG Industry
- Good English ability in both writing and speaking
- Strong analytical, communication, innovation, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to influence/ motivate and work with teams
