Job Summary
Delivery sales target within asigned area or territory.
Lead the sales teams to maximize sales volume and other Sales Force Effectiveness KPI in assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Development
- Conduct business reviews
- Manage implementation of Marketing and RTM plans toward Company KPI in the assigned territory
- Manager distribution and outlets
2. Order Generation
- Achieve Sales targets
- Resolve Customer complaints
- Monitor volume growth
3. People Development
- Recruit & select sales staff
- Train and coach staff
- Maintain staff discipline
4. Asset & Routine Management
- Conduct daily/ weekly/ Monthly meetings
- Review and manage asset productivity
- Manage Company’s assets in territory
5. Third party & financial management
- Cooperate and solve operation issues
- Manage 3rd party performance (Distributor P&L)
Requirements
- University/Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Result-oriented
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications: work, Excel, Power Point…
- Good analytical, problem solving and customer services skills
- Effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers
- ASM manage 6-8 Territory Sales Managers (Sales Supervisor)
